A change of lifestyle?

In the past 2 weeks I've had 1 thing on my mind. Should I take a step out and make a change or not. I wasn't expecting this as I am on holiday, but opportunities tend to appear when you're not paying attention.

I've been offered an opportunity to learn new things, meet new people and maybe even travel a little. But it's a decision that would change my life. Sometimes I do miss the people I hang out with, but they have their own life too. Leaving it all behind seems a little hard when you're in a comfy position. Maybe the change might be good, maybe not. Guess I'll have to decide if I want to roll the dice and see what happens.

Decisions, Decisions, Decisions.

Zouk - Velvet Underground "Mambo Night"

It has been a while since I went clubbing. So while I was down in KL, the guys decided to have a trip to Zouk to have a pppppaaaarrrtttaayyyyy!. I couldn't turn down an invite like that can i? haha. Besides there were lots of fine looking gals all around, it was darn packed too, walking to the loo was a challenge. So to drink we had a bottle of Chivas which was gone within 3 hours and I had to down the last remaining part of the bottle, geez deja vu.

Thanks to all of you for the good night.

Thank You?

This post is dedicated to all those mgrs who make my life a living hell at during working hours.

Do you really have to do the things you do? Do you really have to ask so many time? Don't you see we're all doing the best we can? We're short handed and you expect that number of people to do what a Full team can do? That's just plain freaking crazy. We're human too dammit!.

If you're not happy that you weren't selected for the promotion don't take it out on the whole damn team. Your Vendetta is your own personal war. It's because of this charade that makes the whole team feel less cared about and more stressed. Crazy mofo's, we're not super computers working like damn robots.

Get rid of some of the Red Tapes and damn Processes and Tools which slow us down and we just might make a difference. I'm sure some of you guys were at our level once. Don't forget that. We're all a part of a team but some people dare to say we don't work together? We don't help each other out? Jeez, that's just a lame excuse to use to get back at your opponent. If you didn't know it's making our lives harder. I like everyone who I work with and I respect the mgrs who are doing their jobs, but to those few who are waging their own war. Please leave us of it, it's Collateral Damage.

It's just degrading and sad.

Making Assumptions

I just wonder and it keeps bugging me when ever I have the time to think of it. Why do some people jump to conclusions and make assumptions base on what they just see. Why do they not take a different approach to get the hard facts to understand the situation and understand the whole story before doing anything.

Maybe they're too young to understand that or maybe they haven't had this kind of experience before. But everything starts small and when it breaks out it'll spread like wildfire and if you're lucky it won't make your life HELL.

So you hit a little bump my friend. Life is like that, complain all you want. But make sure you talk to the right people and stop talking behind people's back, it's getting annoying. Sure you can isolate yourself and be friendly to some people to their faces. But your face says it all.

Sometimes I just wish I could turn back time and change somethings, cause I regret even meeting people like you. Still I do still treat you as a friend and not a foe, besides I don't want to see my friends taking a wrong turn.

Ho Ho Ho.

******Tribute******

I might be 1 month late in posting this, but I'll post it anyways. This is a Tribute to Richard Burns WRC Champion who died last year November 2005. I used to watch him rally on TV few years back.

Rest in Peace.
